40 limited tickets are available for this event at the gorgeous Lizton Lodge. The event venue was a former private residence, but is now a 22,000 sqft estate on 100 acres that features elaborate woodwork, unique chandeliers, a cozy atmosphere, and beautiful secluded grounds.

This event in this series is called RESOLVE & RESET: Tools for resolving conflict at work, home & everyday life. 

Our team at Wayfinders has been consistently hearing people longing for more practical tools and frameworks to better love and lead through conflict in their work, home and everyday life.  

Ken Martlage (Phoenix Images) will introduce Mischief TM, a Phoenix Images, Inc. concept fundamental to understanding and correcting performance issues in all individuals and organizations. Ken has Master Practitioner certifications and extensive international experience with Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, CRP260 and Asherman Negotiator models. Prior to launching Phoenix Images, Ken had a lengthy and influential career at Eli Lilly.

Kevin Martlage (Next Tier Advisors & Switchback)  Kevin is an accomplished speaker on the importance of professional credentials in the workplace and the oversight, policies, and procedures necessary to ensure that programs remain accredited, relevant, and defensible. He is also a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner, a certified Myers-Briggs Strong Interest Inventory practitioner, a member of the American Society of Association Executives. 

David Bell from Enneagram Insight will lead a session and discussion around Conflict & the Enneagram. David is also the Executive Director at Circle City Fellows

Anne Wilson serves as the lead youth pastor at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has served churches in North Carolina, Ohio, and Indiana in youth and family ministry and communications. Anne serves on the board at Christ in Youth and is a cohort leader with Student Ministry Coach, regularly speaks for CIY’s high school program, MOVE, and has written for publications such as Christianity Today, Orange Leaders, and Christian Standard.

Brandon Faust serves as the Executive Director at Wayfinders, a non-profit that helps everyday leaders move into the future and make the greatest impact. 

The Everyday Leader Event Series is not your typical event at a giant sterile conference room where you just listen to a few great speakers. This is an intimate event setting with other missionally-minded leaders.
